In addition to CIT facilities outlined in subclause F4.2, where available, a union or employee representative who is an employee of CIT must be able to establish designated Microsoft Outlook public folders which will provide a collaborative electronic workspace to improve the flow of information. The use of CIT facilities must be in accordance with published whole-of- government policies and for matters other than for industrial action.
