CIT recognises that employees are free to choose whether or not to join a union. Irrespective of that choice, employees must not be disadvantaged or discriminated against in respect of the employees’ employment under this Agreement. CIT recognises that employees who choose to be members of a union have the right to choose to have their industrial interests represented by the union.
