If an employee transfers from one ACTPS directorate to another ACTPS directorate (including CIT) during the agreed acquittal period, the employee’s continuation in the purchased leave scheme is subject to the separate approval of the gaining directorate. Where such approval is not given, any money owing to the employee in respect of purchased leave not taken must be refunded to the employee as soon as practicable.
