The employee will be paid at their ordinary hourly rate of pay for the hours they attend work in accordance with subclause E16.29 during paid primary care giver leave. Keep in touch attendance will count as service for all purposes, but does not extend the period of leave and does not end or reduce the entitlement to primary care giver leave.
