E14.11Subject to subclause E14.13 and subclause E14.14, an employee who is eligible for birth leave

Subject to subclause E14.13 and subclause E14.14, an employee who is eligible for birth leave must absent themselves from duty for a period commencing 6 weeks prior to the estimated date of delivery of the child and ending 6 weeks after the actual date of birth of the child.
