An employee may choose any approved superannuation fund as long as the fund can accept employer contributions by EFT. If the employee’s chosen fund cannot or will not accept additional contributions as outlined in subclause D7.5 and subclause D7.8, then the employee will be advised of their right to change funds, to enable such contributions to be made.
