Accrued flextime credits will be taken at such times and in such a period or periods as are agreed between the employee and the chief executive and approved prior to taking accrued flextime. It is the responsibility of both the employee and the chief executive to take steps to ensure that accrued flextime credits can be taken as time off, in accordance with this clause. Approval of a request by the employee to utilise flextime credits will not unreasonably be withheld.
