If an employee does not agree to a reasonable plan and reduce their flextime debit in accordance with B18.10, the chief executive may commence overpayment processes in accordance with clause D5 -. The maximum flextime debit may be varied in exceptional circumstances by agreement between the chief executive and the employee.
