58 Procurement guidelines

(1) The Head, Recycling Victoria may issue guidelines relating to the procurement of waste, recycling or resource recovery services by councils or Alpine Resorts Victoria.

(2) A council or Alpine Resorts Victoria that is subject to guidelines issued under subsection (1) must have regard to those guidelines.
(3) If the Head, Recycling Victoria issues guidelines under subsection (1), the Head, Recycling Victoria must publish the guidelines on a website maintained by the Department.
