51 Centralised data and information system

(1) The Head, Recycling Victoria may establish a centralised data and information system to receive, collect, store and share information and data relating to waste, recycling or resource recovery services and the circular economy.

(2) The Head, Recycling Victoria must ensure that the centralised data and information system meets any prescribed requirements and standards.
