9 Saving certain existing rights
Nothing in this Act shall be taken to affect any transaction concerning any property which is subject to this Act if the transaction was entered into before the commencement of this Act, and was entered into for valuable consideration, bona fide and without notice by any of the parties to the transaction of the trusts affecting the property.
