A club shall: (a) keep full and separate accounts of all moneys received under subsection 14(1) and all moneys paid to the Administrator under section 15; (b) keep those accounts so that they may be conveniently and properly audited by a person approved by the Administrator; and (c) balance those accounts at the end of each month.
