6 Chair of Committee
(1) The Chair of the Committee is the Administrator. (2) The Territory Controller is to act as the Chair during a period when the Administrator, Deputy Administrator and Acting Administrator are absent from duty or the Territory or are for any reason, unable to perform the duties and functions of the office. (3) While acting as the Chair, the Territory Controller has all the powers and functions of the Administrator under this Ordinance.
