26 Recovery of costs
(1) If a person fails to comply with a direction given under section 24, the Shire Council may do anything that it considers necessary to achieve, as far as practicable and safe, the purposes for which the direction was given. (2) The Shire Council may recover the cost of anything it does under subsection (1) as a debt due from the person who failed to comply with the direction.
