75 Territory transition

(1) Particulars of births and deaths registered under the Registration of Births and Deaths Ordinance 1971 before 1 July 1992 are taken to be particulars registered under section 10 of this Act. (2) Particulars of marriages registered under the Civil Marriage Ordinance are taken to be particulars registered under section 10 of this Act.
