21 Territory transition
(1) A deed registered under the Registration of Deeds Ordinance 1988 as in force at any time before 1 July 1992 is taken to have been registered under this Act on the day on which it was registered under the Ordinance. (2) Subsection (1) does not affect the order of priority of registration of the deed.
