#### 12 Jurisdiction etc. of the Supreme Court (1) Except as provided in this Part, the jurisdiction, practice and procedure of the Supreme Court shall be as provided by or under Ordinance. (2) The trial on indictment of an offence against a law in force in the Territory shall be by judge and jury.
