28 Conference with Visitor
The Visitor, by notice in writing to the president or chairman of the trustees, or of any board, may require him to call a meeting thereof for the purpose of a conference with the Visitor. The president or chairman shall forthwith call a meeting of such trustees or board for that purpose, at which meeting the Visitor shall preside.
