2 Incorporation
The Board of Christ College, the Board of the Hutchins School, and the Board of the Launceston Church of England Grammar School shall be a corporate body, by the name of "Christ College Trust", having perpetual succession and a common seal, which shall have full power and authority to hold land and other property, which may sue and be sued, and which shall have all the other rights and privileges of a corporate body.
