sec.62 What division is about
This division provides a framework for how the court must manage a child protection proceeding or an acknowledgement of sex proceeding, including by considering— how the proceeding is to be conducted; and how the court is to receive evidence in the proceeding; and for a child protection proceeding—who should be a party to or participant in the proceeding; and any other proceedings that are relevant to the proceeding; and whether directions should be issued for the proceeding. r 62 amd 2024 SL No. 76 s 28
