sec.59 Disclosed document not required to be filed
The litigation director is not required to file a document disclosed by the litigation director unless— the Child Protection Act or these rules require the document to be filed; or the court directs that the document be filed.
- (a) the Child Protection Act or these rules require the document to be filed; or
- (b) the court directs that the document be filed.
