sec.50 What part is about
This part explains— the litigation director’s obligations to file and serve a disclosure form; and when and how the litigation director is to comply with the director’s duty of disclosure in relation to a child protection proceeding under the Child Protection Act , section 189C ; and the litigation director’s obligation to file a document stating that the duty of disclosure has been complied with; and the matters relevant for an application for an order of the disclosure of a document or information under the Child Protection Act , section 191 .
