sec.46 Receiving documents filed in court under the Child Protection Act
This rule applies if the public guardian has given written notice of an intention to appear in a proceeding under the Child Protection Act , section 108B (2) . The court may direct that a document filed in the court that must be served on the other participants in the proceeding must also be served on the public guardian.
