sec.40 Particular orders to be sent to Legal Aid Queensland
This rule applies if the court makes an order under the Child Protection Act , section 110 or the Adoption Act , section 235 that a child be represented by a lawyer in a proceeding. The registrar must serve a copy of the order and all material filed in the court on Legal Aid Queensland as soon as practicable after the order is made.
