sec.38 Non-party to the proceeding
If the court makes an order under the Child Protection Act , section 113 allowing a person who is not a party to take part in a CAO proceeding or child protection proceeding, these rules apply to the person to the extent necessary to give effect to the order. See the Child Protection Act , section 113 (2) and (4) .
