sec.121 Application of part
This part applies to an appeal to the court under— the Child Protection Act , section 117 or 239 ; or the Adoption Act , section 243 ; or the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023 , section 78 . These rules do not apply to the Court of Appeal. r 121 amd 2024 SL No. 76 s 40
