sec.10 How proceeding is started
A proceeding is started when 1 of the following documents is filed in the court— a child protection application; an Adoption Act application; an acknowledgement of sex application; a notice of appeal. An application mentioned in subrule (1) (a) , (b) or (c) is an originating application . r 10 amd 2024 SL No. 76 s 10 (sec.10-ssec.1) A proceeding is started when 1 of the following documents is filed in the court— a child protection application; an Adoption Act application; an acknowledgement of sex application; a notice of appeal. (sec.10-ssec.2) An application mentioned in subrule (1) (a) , (b) or (c) is an originating application .
- (a) a child protection application;
- (b) an Adoption Act application;

- (d) a notice of appeal.
