sec.37 Application of provision about open and closed proceedings
Part 4, division 2 applies to a proceeding for an offence even if 1 or both of the following happened before the commencement of this section— the commission of the offence; the start of the proceeding for the offence. s 37 ins 2014 No. 9 s 32
- (a) the commission of the offence;
- (b) the start of the proceeding for the offence.
