620 Transitional provision—Courts and Sentencing Legislation Amendment Act 2012 Despite the commencement of sections 3 and 4 of the **Courts and Sentencing Legislation Amendment Act 2012**, an order made and in force under section 346 or 348 immediately before that commencement continues in force on and from that commencement as if sections 346 and 348 had not been amended by sections 3 and 4 of that Act.
