617 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010 (1) Section 429 as amended by section 33 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010** applies to the determination of an appeal in relation to a sentence imposed by the Children's Court on or after the commencement of section 33 of that Act. (2) Division 2A of Part 5.4, as inserted by section 34 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010**, applies to a sentence imposed by the Children's Court on or after the commencement of section 34 of that Act. (3) Section 430U as amended by section 40 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010** applies to an appeal in relation to a sentence imposed by the Children's Court on or after the commencement of section 40 of that Act. S. 618 (Heading) amended by No. 63/2016 s. 18. S. 616A inserted by No. 64/2010 s. 57, renumbered as s. 618 by No. 29/2011 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 9.4).
