587 Notice to be filed if child is placed in emergency care or apprehended without warrant As soon as possible after a person places a child in emergency care or apprehends a child without a warrant under this Act (other than under section 172(3)), and before an application is made to the Court in respect of that child, the person must file a notice in the Court setting out the grounds for placing the child in emergency care or apprehending the child.
