542C Recommendations for appointment of judicial registrars (1) The President may, at any time, recommend to the Attorney-General that a judicial registrar, or more than one judicial registrar, of the Court be appointed by the Governor in Council. (2) In making a recommendation under subsection (1), the President must have regard to any guidelines in force under section 542B(1). (3) On receiving a recommendation under subsection (1), the Attorney-General may recommend to the Governor in Council that a judicial registrar, or more than one judicial registrar, of the Court be appointed under section 542D.
