513 Protection of magistrates or reserve magistrates
A magistrate, or a reserve magistrate engaged under section 9C of the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989**, has in the performance of his or her duties as a magistrate for the Court the same protection and immunity as a Judge of the Supreme Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.
