506 President, magistrate or reserve magistrate to be in attendance
Except where the Court is to be constituted by the President, the President, after consulting the Chief Magistrate, must make arrangements for a magistrate or a reserve magistrate engaged under section 9C of the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** to attend on the day and at the time and place at which the Court is to be held.
