495 Offence to harbour or conceal child
A person must not in the knowledge that a child is absent without lawful authority or excuse from the place in which the child had been placed under an interim accommodation order or by the Secretary under section 173 or from the lawful custody of a police officer or other person—
(a) harbour or conceal or assist in harbouring or concealing the child; or
(b) prevent or assist in preventing the child from returning to that place or custody.
