463 Persons detained in youth justice centre subject to Youth Parole Board (1) Every person ordered by a court to be detained in a youth justice centre is subject to the jurisdiction of the Youth Parole Board. (2) This section does not apply to a person detained in a youth justice centre in accordance with a custodial supervision order under Part 5A of the **Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997**.
