462 Persons detained in youth residential centre subject to Youth Parole Board

(1) Every person ordered by a court to be detained in a youth residential centre is subject to the jurisdiction of the Youth Parole Board.
S. 462(2) inserted by No. 55/2014 s. 134.
(2) This section does not apply to a child detained in a youth residential centre in accordance with a custodial supervision order under Part 5A of the **Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997**.
