455 Information sharing by Youth Parole Board about release (1) The Youth Parole Board must notify Victoria Police of— (a) the release on parole, or scheduled release on parole, of a person detained in a youth residential centre or a youth justice centre, if the detention related to at least one Category A serious youth offence or Category B serious youth offence; and (b) any conditions of the parole. (2) The Youth Parole Board may notify Victoria Police of— (a) the release on parole, or scheduled release on parole of any other person detained in a youth residential centre or a youth justice centre; and (b) any conditions of the parole.
