450 Powers to take evidence etc. The Youth Parole Board has and may exercise the powers conferred by sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 20A, 21 and 21A of the **Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958**, as in force immediately before their repeal, as if the Board were a body of persons to whom the Governor in Council has issued a commission and the person presiding at meetings of the Board were the president or chairman of the commission.
