430J Notification of requirement to submit pre‑sentence report
If the appellate court orders the Secretary or the Secretary to the Department of Justice to submit a pre-sentence report under section 430I, the registrar of the County Court, the Prothonotary of the Supreme Court or the Registrar of Criminal Appeals (as the case requires) must, within one working day after the making of the order—
(a) orally notify him or her of the making of the order; and
(b) forward a copy of the order to him or her.
