42E Information obtained in certain circumstances not to be disclosed without authority A person who is employed or engaged in the administration of this Act or the **Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004**, or a police officer, must not disclose information of a kind referred to in section 42D(2)(a) to (d) to any other person if the person or officer— (a) receives that information in the course of that employment or engagement or in the course of performing a duty as a police officer; and (b) is not an authorised person; and (c) is not otherwise authorised to do so.
