406 Person subject to control etc. of Secretary etc. A person in respect of whom a youth attendance order is in force is subject to the reasonable control, direction and supervision of the Secretary or any person acting under the authority of the Secretary during— (a) each period of the person's attendance at a youth justice unit; and (b) the person's absence from a youth justice unit when the person is complying with a direction of that person; and (c) the person's time of travel between the youth justice unit and a place outside the youth justice unit at which the person is directed to be by that person.
