379 Reduction of order by payment of portion of fine If— S. 379(a) amended by No. 48/2006 s. 21. (a) a person is released on probation under section 378(1)(f) or a youth supervision order has been made under section 378(1)(f); and (b) before the expiry of the term of the order, it appears to the Court that part of the fine has been paid— the total term of the period of probation or the youth supervision order must be reduced by the number of days bearing as nearly as possible the same proportion to the total number of days in the term as the amount paid bears to the whole amount of the fine.
