377 Application for time to pay, for instalment order or for variation of instalment order A child who has been ordered by the Court to pay a fine may apply at any time in the prescribed manner to the appropriate registrar for— (a) an order that the child be allowed time for the payment of the fine; or (b) an order that the fine be paid by instalments; or (c) an order for the variation of an instalment order.
