363 Non-accountable undertaking (1) If the Court finds a child guilty of an offence, whether indictable or summary, the Court may, without conviction, dismiss the charge and order that— (b) if required, the child's parent— give an undertaking, with or without conditions, to do or refrain from doing the act or acts specified in the undertaking for a period not exceeding 6 months or, in exceptional circumstances, 12 months. (2) An undertaking may be given in relation to one, or more than one, offence.
