353 Report to Criminal Division on outcome of therapeutic treatment order (1) If criminal proceedings are adjourned under section 352, the Secretary must report to the Criminal Division— (a) on the completion of the therapeutic treatment order; or (b) on the revocation of the therapeutic treatment order. (2) The report must set out details of the child's participation in and attendance at the therapeutic treatment program under the order. (3) The Court may direct the Secretary to provide a copy of the report to— (b) the prosecutor.
