352 Court must adjourn in case of therapeutic treatment order
If the Secretary reports to the Criminal Division under section 351 that a therapeutic treatment order has been made in respect of a child, and the Court has not yet made a finding in the criminal proceedings in which the child is an accused, the Court must adjourn the criminal proceedings for a period not less than the period of the therapeutic treatment order.
