342 Committees (1) The Therapeutic Treatment Board may, subject to the approval of the Minister, appoint for the purposes of carrying out any of its functions under this Act, a committee consisting of such of its members as it determines. (2) A committee appointed under this section must report to the Therapeutic Treatment Board.
