337 Transfer agreements
S. 337(1) amended by No. 61/2014 s. 78(1).
(1) The Minister may enter into a general agreement with a Minister in another State for the transfer of children under the parental responsibility or supervision of the Secretary—
(a) into or out of Victoria; or
(b) through Victoria from one State to another.
(2) If the Minister enters into an agreement with a Minister in another State under subsection (1), the Secretary—
(a) may make an arrangement with that Minister, or with a person authorised by that Minister for the purpose in the agreement, for the transfer of a particular child—
(i) to that State from Victoria; or
(ii) to Victoria from that State; and

(b) in relation to any particular child who is under the parental responsibility of the Secretary, may make financial arrangements with that Minister, or with a person authorised by that Minister for the purpose in the agreement, for the care of the child in that other State.

There is established a Board to be called the Therapeutic Treatment Board.
