332 Internal review—decision of principal officer of Aboriginal agency S. 332(1) amended by No. 30/2019 s. 13. (1) The principal officer of an Aboriginal agency who is authorised under section 18 in respect of a child must prepare and implement procedures for the review within the Aboriginal agency of decisions made as part of the decision-making process under the authorisation. (2) The principal officer must ensure that a copy of the procedures prepared under subsection (1) is given to the child and the child's parent, together with the copy of the case plan required to be given under section 168 (if applicable), as soon as practicable after the authorisation under section 18 is given.
